EXPERIENCE Started his career in 1996 at Yapi Kredi Bank as a specialist for alternative distribution channels, between 1998 and 2000 Sertac Buyukkaya has worked at Demirbank A.S. as a team leader of Demirfrekans and conducted active roles in call center operation process settings and analyses, customer agent managements, performance prosecutions. Consecutively in 2005 at Intertech A.S. worked as system analyst in the alternative distribution channels department. Between 2005 and 2008 at Anadolubank A.S IT department's Alternative Distribution Channels project Sertac Buyukkaya assumed the role of system analyst and conducted reorganization of internet banking project, job and process analysing and coordination securing of the call center module, IVR module, OTP project. Setac Buyukkaya has joined SERVICIUM AŞ in 2008 and since responsible for the development and the system improvement of finance and banking software and real time FX/Future & Option trading platform applications.
